I have a check up with my doc on Friday! I would love to hear him give me a compliment for once on all the weight I have lost. :grumble:

that is the BEST feeling. I have been going to my doc for 25 years. I hated the look of disappointment on his face when he read my weight..up...up...up....each visit.

So this time I sat there like an idiot with a HUGE smile on my face. He looked at my chart and went :noway: :bigsmile: !!

I did that the next day when I got results and cholesteral was down 60 points with no meds!!
