Protein Shakes -- recipe ideas!

.. what do you put in yours? I really need some ideas! Thanks!

    2 scoops portein powder in all of these:

    1/2 banana, ice, 1 tbsp peanut butter and some fat free milk.
    1/2 cup blueberries, 1 container strawberry greek yogurt, ice.
    1 bag Jamba juice smoothies made with apple juice.

    1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and one scoop protein powder with fresh strawberries, bananas, blueberries. (I tried with pineapple but it was very stringy)
  • 2 scoops Vi-Shape meal replacement powder, cup of almond milk, peanut butter, and cocoa powder, yummmm!!!!!

    1 scoop vanilla protein powder and 1 cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk with....

    1) 1/2 cup each of strawberries and blueberries (fruit is natural sweetener)

    OR

    1) 1 TB of unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 TB of PB2 (powdered peanut butter - www.bellplantation.com) and 2 tsp of sugar (my protein powder has 0 sugar in it)

  • 1 scoop protein powder mix
    1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup frozen bananas
    1/4 cup ice
    1/4 cup plain fat free yogurt
    1/3 cup orange juice
    1/3 cup skim milk or ( I use Silk Almond flavored)
    2 TBSP honey (optional) - Fruit alone makes it sweet.

    Place in blender and blend until smooth.

    * Hint: Place Ice and Frozen fruit at bottom of bender closest to blades- to blend well.
