Hello everyone!
First of all, I'd like to say how glad I am that I found this site! I've posted a few comments here and there but I haven't really introduced myself. It's great to see so many motivated people posting their success stories. It helps keep me inspired, even in those days that I don't feel like doing time on the elliptical. I also find solidarity, in the sense that there are a lot of people that go through the same nuances that I do yet fight through it to get better results: beacuse of great advice from rather helpful people!
Now, to introduce myself. I am a 24 year old male, who went through a lot of changes (for a 24 year old) and gained a lot of weight in the process. It wasn't until recently that I decided to end the process and started losing weight. I've using this site for about a month now and I've noticed significant changes in my exercise, diet, and mentality. I've lost 10 Kgs as of today, with 10 more to go. I can't wait to share my experience as I do that!
P.S. Please bear with me if I talk in Kgs. I am in no way a metric snob (haha). I just grew up with the metric scale
