i noticed calorie counting makes me eat a lot cos whenever i eat under my calorie goal, and there's a food in front me, i always say, just a bit won't add up anyway... so what i'm thinking of doing is i'll have a week off from updating my food diary and weigh myself after a week. so i'm 8.4 stone today... i hope i can be 8.3 by the end of the week. good luck to me and to all! =D
