I usually log exercise videos under aerobics general.

Hope it's a good one!0 -

MamaNae,
I have both some Exercise TV workouts at the Dollar Tree. They are good workouts. The ones at the Dollar store only gives you 30 minutes. A twenty minute session and a 10 minute session, which is really the bonus session. The whole dvds are 70 minutes long. After buying some at the Dollar Tree, I have gotten two of their full workouts.
If I am not not mistaken, the one you are talking about has Stephanie Vitorino on the cover. Is the one dress in brown clothing? If so, then that's Stephanie Vitorino. You will only get her 20 minute workout. In the full workout, Michael Carson and Steve Marcesa are also instructing 20 minute workouts. This dvd is a strength workout dvd.
Exericse TV even have their own website and you can work out to a lot of free workouts online. If you have cable and On Demand, your carrier might have the Exercise TV workouts. Some cable companies don't carry Exercise TV workouts on their On Demand channel.
You can buy the full workouts on Amazon.com or try Marshalls. That's where I have bought one of the full exercise workouts. I bought the other full workout online. I will be getting two of the other ones as well. I have the 30 minute yoga one and I don't care for yoga. Thank goodness, I've bought that one at the Dollar Tree for $1.09 with tax.0
