A bit different, but the same

Hi All! I am in a different situation than many of you, but have the same focus on my fitness and health. In 2002 I was in a bad car accident, and have had a long road back to wellness. My last surgery was a knee replacement. Consequently, I struggle with the need to maintain my weight, strength and flexibility.
Maintaining still requires constant monitoring of what I eat. (at least for me it does!) MFP is proving to be very helpful in keeping me on track.
Would love to hear from those who are in maintenance mode! And any tips on fun workouts...it's sometimes hard to keep things fresh and interesting. Particularly since I need to keep it very low impact.
Wishing you all success in reaching your goals!
