I have been thinking about resetting all my goals and my tickers back to ZERO.. I wonder if sometimes I just think "I can eat/drink that because I've lost 34 pounds" ....so if I went back to zero, I would not be able to let myself slide..... and then maybe I would get back to losing again.....what do you guys think??? Do you try to "fool" yourself???

No, it would probably be like setting your alarm clock several minutes ahead to make yourself get out of bed. The first thing you think when you wake up is "I can sleep a little longer because the clock is fast".0

Your not fooling yourself hunny. You lost all this weight and you prolly feel like youve come this far so you can splurge every now and then. Im the same way right now. And I do splurge, if I didnt it wouldnt work at all for me. But dont reset things, just do this at your own speed. Dont play games like that with yourself.0
