Weight Lifters?

Hi all, I apologise if this has been done before, but as I'm new and haven't come across anything quite what I'm looking for yet, I thought I'd post.

Just after some fellow weight lifters who are trying to improve strength/ power while they shape up :) I've been doing it for a while but really need a diary to keep track so here I am!! If anyone's interested, we can share goals, experience tips etc.
