Today I did week 4 day 1 of C25K. I thought it would be hard. I thought I would be dying by the end... but ya know.... it wasn't that bad!
I got to the end of my first 5 minute run without stopping and I wasn't even really breathing hard when the walk started. I think I'm in the best shape I've ever been in... with the exception of right after I got out of Army boot camp at 17 yrs old... lol
Now the question. When I started the first 3 min run this morning my left hip started to feel a little funny... it wasn't painful exactly there was just something a little wonky about it. And by the time I got done with that first run the feeling had faded and didn't come back... I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar and if you knew what it was...

I'm doing week 4, day 2 today! I am excited about it because it's the weekend which means my hubby can stay home with the little one and I don't have to jog w/ a stroller or a little girl trying to stand up in her stroller! Sometimes I get a slight pain or discomfort in the begining of my jog, but I think it's just the body getting warmed up. I only do the jog every other day and on my rest day, my body is sometimes a little sore, so when I go to jog the next day, I think it takes a minute or 2 to loosen up.0
