Hi,
I have been nosing around the site for a few days now. So thought I'd say Hi!
I feel as if a switch has flipped in my brain & I am on the road to being fit & healthy. I've always gone for "quick fixes". Now I finally see that healthy eating & exercise are the way forward.
I am joining SW tomorrow & have been going to the Gym for the last 3 weeks.
I'm currently doing 3- 4 classes a week.. Body Attack, Body Combat, Body Pump & Aerobics. I also cycle to the gym & back each day, which works out about 8 miles.
Anyhow hi to all & I look forward to getting to know you all. Plus one day soon.. posting my before & after pics

I, too, have just joined after checking the site out. I am already very happy with the mental change in myself- I think just realizing I am in control is such an overpowering feeling. But it is a good feeling- and I think that is what half my journey will be about is starting to feel good about eating and working out instead of being afraid or making excuses for myself. Here is to all of us newbies supporting each other, changing our food and excercise attitudes, and eventually posting our before and afters!0
