Scared of 1200 calories on my "rest" day.

Today will be the first day since starting this journey that I am resting. My trainer will be "killing" me in the morning and i have played lots of tennis and done a Zumba class this week. Now that I am used to having more than 1200 calories to eat, I'm afraid that I'll be hungry or go over by 200-300 calories today and take a step backwards. Any comments??
