I started P90X a month ago. I had given it a shot before but ended up giving in up about 2 weeks in when I got sick, then it was Thanksgiving and then Christmas... Finally, I started it up again, determined this time to get through the whole program, and I'm doing good so far! I have officially completed month 1 of the program. Month 2 starts tomorrow, and I can't wait. This first week is goingto be a bit of a challenge because we have audits at both of our Colorado plants (a very stressful all day affair), and on Thursday evening, right after the audit, I am leaving to visit a friend for a long weekend. But, I'm going to work it out because I am determined to do this thing!

Good for you! I'm restarting it today (in a modified way) and I hope I can make it through this time!

    Good luck, keep it up!

I don't think the yoga is boring, so I can get through it fairly easily because it's a challenge. But you know what I do if I don't think I can get through it? I do it for awhile (the hot, sweaty part) and then I do something else. I consider it kind of a low key rest day so if you want more of a challenge, do some of it and then take a run or a walk.
