How is everyone doing? Lost some weight this week so I am stocked! Not much, but enough to be a little on track.

SW 184.6 6/1
GW 174 7/2
CW 183.4 6/12
TWL: 1.3lbs

This week’s mini challenge: add an extra day to your workout schedule. So if you normally do 3 days a week do four etc. If you are super awesome and workout everyday, increase your time by 30min……

    So, I believe I'm technically up a pound even though I lost three pounds this week! For some reason, when I started the couch 2 5k program, I GAINED four pounds!!!!! So here's my results.....
    SW: 186
    CW: 187
    GW: 176
    TWL: +1lb

    Love the mini challenge, I actually was planning on adding in a few extra work outs this week to make up for my 4 pound gain. Great job on your loss!!!!!!! Keep up all the great work! :)

    I'll just repeat what I had on last thread....

    SW: 234.5LBS
    CW:230LBS
    End of June: 224.5lbs

    I already work out 5x/ wk......I promise to do 15 of strength training 3x this week to get those batwings off of me!!

    Looking to get outta the 230's this week......
  • Ok down 3lb I think my scales are not the most reliable seams depending on which way you lean they are different! Will have to invest in a new set but to the best of my judgment I am now 73kg or 161lbs

    Ok well my weigh in today has been a bit erratic as i've been ill all day. So i will weigh in properly tomorrow which is my official weigh in day anyway.


    1st June - CW - 177.6
    7th June - CW - 174.8 - 2.8 Lb loss so far hopefully on track for the 10lb loss.
    2nd July - GW - 167

    HI all feeling much better today, yesterday had some kind of stomach bug which meant i ate nothing, which in turn means i've lost a great amount this week, but will probably not lose anything next week. Anyway here goes


    1st June - CW - 177.6
    7th June - CW - 174.8 - 2.8 Lb loss so far hopefully on track for the 10lb loss.
    14th June - CW - 169.8 5lb loss this week (largely due to illness and running a 10k race on the weekend)
    2nd July - GW - 167

    OK, so I've been messing up some of my weigh-ins I've realized, so I'm re-posting them LOL

    SW (June 1): 186
    Week 1 (June 7): 190
    Week 2 (June 14): 185.5

    So, only down a half pound, but I've been working extra hard this week and hopefully by next week I'll be caught up!!!!!

    I'm stuck too, gonna try and up my time. Which means I have to wake up EARLIER!!! :sad:
