Time to kick it up!

ok this is it. I HAVE to kick it up. I just booked mine and my hubby's airline tickets to go home for a family wedding in October. I want to have lost a total of at least 40lbs by then. I'm at 16lbs lost right now so that puts me at a loss of at least 24 more pounds by October. I CAN do it! I CAN do it! I CAN DO IT!!!!
I've been really slacking the last few weeks so I need as much motivation as possible to get my butt gear and ready to show off a new hot body to the fam when I see them in October.

Pick an exercise routine you'd like to do whether it be an outdoor one (walking, running, etc.), or in indoor one like an exercise DVD of some sort then find a thread on here to join in with others doing the same thing. I'm currently doing JM Ripped in 30 and log it in the thread every day along with a few others. It's great motivation to keep it going!0

I have JM 30 day shred. I started it just before Easter but then went on a little vacation and never started it back up. That's a great idea though! I start classes for my CNA on Tuesday and work on the days that I don't have class so this week will be a challenge to get to the gym so starting up 30 day shred in the evenings again would be perfect!
