Stress Cravings - Help!

So I have a couple of presentations and exams coming up at college. The recent weeks have been great with exercising, eating healthy and always staying under the calories limit. But in the last two days (while preparing for the due dates) I have been craving chocolate and sweets really badly. Even after eating a bit of chocolate it ididn't quite get better. ;-(
What are your strategies to cope with stress instead of eating bad stuff? I am quite scared of falling back into old patterns and becoming again a crazy candy addict.
Thanks for your advice!

when i had my end of year exams last month im afraid to say that i gave in to those very same cravings, all that mattered to me was ensuring 100% of my concentration was on my exams and doing well so i gave myself a kind of hall pass for the 2 weeks of exams that i was allowed to have a few drinks and eat chocolate as long as my three main meals of the day were healthy and low calorie, then as soon as exams ended it was time to get back into this regime full swing and no excuses (apart from my treat days, currently 1 a week)
good luck, and remember, if you do put on a few pounds, then once you stop over indulging, are less stressed and get back into exercising, the excess weight will start falling off again, i gained 5lbs in 2 weeks from all the chocolate i ate and the lack of exercise, but 2 weeks later, i lost it all again. :-)0 -
Exam season is when the gym is empty! Go to a kickboxing class at the REC or pound the pavement around campus. When my head is loud, I turn the music up louder. It's worth losing an extra hour of sleep if that's what you have to do to fit in an extra workout. I swear it works for coping with stress, quieting your head, and helping you focus later. And no one wants to nom candy all day after a really good workout. Good luck!0
