so as the title says i'm running out of lunch ideas for when i'm at work. Any suggestions that will fit into the following limitations:
1. dairy free
2. low gluten/gluten free
3. does'nt need heating up

I will eat all types of fruit/veg except celery, all meats & most fish except salmon. I love food from all around the world & i have a thermos flask for soups etc With all this in mind what do you think?

I love multi grain flatout wraps. I stuff all kinds of stuff in them. Tuna, egg salad, grilled meats with veggies. None of those need heating.

I'm not sure if you can have rice if you can't have gluten can you?

if you can though, I have a sticky bbq chicken and veg with rice . . . which is fit!!!

it's basically, brown rice cooked with stir fried veg and chicken all mixed together and heated with Newman's Own Sticky BBQ Marinade (which you can get in sainsburys)

it doesn't need heating again when you eat it because it's super nice cold!

I think gluten is only in wheat products...

    Yummy looking lunch, Goktor.

I've just made a yummy salad for my lunch tomorrow which is just salad leaves; balsamic vinegar; tiny pasta to bulk it up and a filet of smoked mackerel.... Other fav salads include feta and asparagus and salmon & roasted pine nuts....though of course the last one won't help you if you don't like salmon!!! Vx

Thanks Marie! And yes, you're right, rice is gluten-free!
