Yes, I am NOT tech savy, and have lost my owners manual. Can anyone tell me how to change my weight setting on the FT4?
Thanks

I think this is what you're looking for:
User Information
Select Settings > User Information and press OK.
• Weight: Enter your weight.
• Height: Enter your height.
• Date of birth: Enter your date of birth
• Sex: Select MALE or FEMALE.
• Maximum heart rate is the highest number of heartbeats per minute (bpm) during maximum physical
exertion. Change the default value only if you know your laboratory-measured value.0 -
Adding to the above...
I think the only way to change it is to remove the battery and put it back in to get it to the settings portion...
That's how I did it
PS. YOu need a coin to remove the battery compartment.0 -
I have the same one. Just keep clicking the buttons..I was able to get to user settings but it will be very hard to explain on here with the different buttons..Someone out there may be able to give a better instruction then I..If not let me know and I will try. I'll work on putting it in writing just in case..Good Luck.0

I was able to figure it out and wrote out the instructions:
It's:
upper right: you will see data
Upper right: you will see settings with a pic of a gear
Center: you will see Watch, time & date
lower right: you will see training settings
Lower right: you will see user info
Center: you will see your weight
Center: now weight # blinks
Use upper/lower right buttons to adjust weight
Press center to set
Lower left x 3 to exit
Hope this helps0
