Hello All!

I hope everyone is having a great Sunday! I am new to myfitnesspal and am hoping to adopt an even more healthy lifestyle by measuring my success with the tools available here. I have an illness that keeps me sedentary for the most part, but I am pushing myself to workout at least 3 times a week and making sure I make good choices in the food and beverages I eat/drink.
