I know that without an HRM, it's difficult to accurately calculate your burned cals, but has anyone used the Cardio Pilates video before? I LOVE it... but I'm not sure how to log... I feel like it burns much more than standard pilates, though that's how I classified it..

I'm honestly not sure...the best bet is to invest in some sort of HRM. Ever since I got one, it's been easier to assess how many calories I've burned and how much my fitness is improving. In the mean time, maybe try logging it as aerobics? It should give you a higher calorie value than standard pilates.
By the way...what kind of cardio pilates are you doing? I'd love to try it out sometime!0 -
I have no idea darling but am super curious what dvd you're doing! For what it's worth, I know on average I burn 100 calories every 10 minutes. So I would calculate approx 300 cals for 30 minutes.0
