About a Month New Success Already

I wanted to stop and say hello to this ever growing community.
I cleansed, I counted and I changed! You are what you eat and I will not be that person anymore!!
In my last month and a little here, I have become actively involved every second of my weight loss. And this I found to be my key to success.
Now, you can not honestly expect me to say that simply logging in to the website made me lose weight, because this is not the case. This, however, did give me the visual needed to loose the weight which so many other systems failed to provide. Even such systems that actually blue printed your body. There is not follow up, well not on a daily basis anyways. Having this visual can really make you see how much you are truly eating compared to that which you should be.
I have used this system now in two ways. The first, using it to see how much I was actually consuming on a daily basis. The second, using this information to create a weight loss goal. I never once considered how much I wanted to loose, I just considered how much I wanted to weigh, where I know i looked good. Everyone can loose enough weight to take you off the over weight scale and to put you back into the healthy zone. What I found a lot of people consider, is what they are used to and not what they can be. Someone told me "I would look to skinny if I was less that a size 16." But this is all perception.
Calories in = Weight in. SIMPLY! Basically the more you eat the more you gain, or the less you lose. You are what you eat.
Since joining the site a month and a little bit ago, I have lost 22LBS and I plan on losing another 40LBS.
Thanks for listening!

Remember this as well:
"It costs less overall to be healthy. Although the foods may be more, the life long payback is priceless!"
I used to consume over 3500 calories a day and had no idea of doing so. Now that I have the visual, I am consuming 1200 to 1500 a day and am completely satisfied just like before.0
