C25k Buddy??

Hiya

I started the C25k a few weeks ago but have lapsed due to the rubbish weather (not prepared to run in the wind and rain yet!).
So I am wanting to re-commence tomorrow, I'll be starting on week 3 but may be there for a while.
I am also doing the 30 day shred and have found having some virtual pals very motivating so am looking for some people who want to share tips/encouragement/frustrations on the journey to 5k.

    I am doing the 30 day shred also. prior to that the c25k but when I started Jillian it found it hard to do both...now I am past the new days of Jillian(4 days) I might start it back. Feel free to add me.

    Jillian is tough but the pain does subside after about 4-5 days I found. I couldnt have ran during the first few days of the Shred...I could barely stand up!
  • I have been doing c25k and I am on week 3. This will be my second attempt. first one was this winter and I will be repeating week 3 June 14-18 at least.

    I started a few weeks ago and got to beginning of week 4, but then lost a couple of weeks as I got knocked out with flu. Started with week 3 again last week and today finished week4day2 today - with a couple of extra minutes run thrown in because I felt OK. I run indoors though, don't seem to be able to do it outside as yet.

    Happy to buddy up with you - seeing other people doing well is a constant inspiration to me :)
