:smile: I am very happy to have found this website and very excited to begin my journey,today i will write up my grocery list and plan my meals for the week and my excercise plans also. i will start my journey tomorrow morning. hoping i can understand they way the website works not to good with computers lol,i also put it in my iphone so good luck to me lol hope i understand how it works..
