    Pushups: W1 D1 C2 Total 20
    Situps: W1 D1 C2 Total 32
    Squats: *W3 D1 C3 Total 81

    *Started at W3 due to recommendation of program results.

    W = Week, D = Day, C = Column (either 1, 2 or 3 based on your results) and Total = total number of reps for all sets.


    I did a mini challenge thread that was 100 triceps extensions... did 5 sets of 20 (each arm individually)
