Does anyone know of a good website where you can input ingredients from a recipe to get the nutrition information?

not sure how reliable it is http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/recipe_analysis.php

if you list your ingredients like this:
    200g chicken breast
    2 tsp soy sauce

etc... it should give you what you need to then add the meal on here.
