I've been Using the Tony Little Gazelle edge for about a month now. I'm almost 100% positive that the calorie counter is WAY off. 1500 calories burned in 30 minutes?? I don't think so... Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone knows a more accurate way of knowing how many calories are burned?

I know nothing about the edge. I have used a HRM for years. I had a polar but it got old and didn't calculate accurately anymore. Now I have a TImex and the first several times I used it I compared it to what my trainer said I burned and it has been in the range every time.
According to my trainer machines like the bike, treadmill, elliptical are at least 15% off. Guessing the edge may be more off.0 -
