Mid-June Goals

So I kind of "fell off the wagon" but am ready to get back on... re-vised goal list
I must check off the following daily:
64 oz water
Green Tea
Work out DVD or 40mins min on elliptical
Ridding diet of soda (including diet), no fast food ( with the exeption of ONE fast food meal @ the end of the month), I will prepare chicken at the beginning of the week so it is easier to make quick meals at home.
Adding I need to start adding veggies into meals any advice on that would be great. ( haven't had veggies since I was a kid!) I'm clueless on ways to prepare
I would love to hear your goals or "rules"
I am looking to lose at least 6lbs and gain confidence by my bday 7/17
