WOOP WOOP its weigh in Wednesday!
I am seeing some nice results! You all make me soooo proud
Well, lets get to weighing in if you haven't already (13 to go).
So I have said it to most of you, today is the first day of week 6 and the first weigh in for October. Think of your overall challenge goal and think of a mini goal for October that will help you get there. Then reflect on September and what you will do the same or different to reach that goal. Write your goal down, put it somewhere you will see it everyday and make yourself proud!
Some of you write me and say "I only lost one pound this week" and When I look at the totals for the month most of you have lost more than a pound. Besides, you are one pound lighter than you were last month!
Change doesn't always happen as fast as we would like but even the baby steps to big change make a difference in your life. Keep taking baby steps and one day you will be at your goal~!

Hi Team-- I am still here, alive and kicking! Just been really busy, got alot going on. I will be going out of town the first weekend in Oct. and i have got to get my meals planned soon. I am going on a cabin camping trip with about 60 other ppl and I know it will be real easy to overeat if i am not prepared. if anyone has any ideas for me to help me stay on track i am open to all suggestions for this. Thanks for your support and wish u all continued success0

You have done so well this month. Just keep in mind that you have goals, but don't let those goals get in the way of you enjoying a little slice of life. I am guessing that since you are camping you will have a chance to get out and hike or swim or something. Just make a point to get a 20 or 30 minute walk in everyday and eat tiny portions of what is there that may be beyond resistance and have fun!
Like losing said, you can pack some fiber one bars (I might have to try), I take granola bars, dried fruit and nuts along on stuff like that and when it comes time to eat I don't listen to my stomach, I take a little of everything that looks good and I cut what I would normally put on my plate in half or even just a taste and then I'm done with it.
Have fun, good luck!
