Hello! I'm just starting today. I really would like to lose 25-30 lbs. I have a huge problem eating while I'm on my computer, which is a couple of hours a day. I also have a hard time with the treats we have around the house for my 7 year old son. I have the motivation--a trip to Disney World in 3 months. I am really going to try this time....

Welcome to the family, i hope you will love it like I have, just joined a few days ago. I totally understand the treats stuff you where talking about that's why I only buy fruits now and no more warm soft chocolate chip cookies.......lol! Maybe I will one later when I get to my first goal in a few weeks. Plz stay strong and just know that you can do it ok. Good luck and have a bless week ahead.:happy:0
