I tend to have a difficult time losing pounds (scale). I can usually see and measure inches that have fallen off first..however, I know that this will not happern overnight..but how do you really know when you are dieting and exersicing effectively? I currently eat between 1200-1500 calories a day plus I work out using JM 30 day shred 5 times a week and at least get in 45 minutes of cardio three times a week. I generally earn extra calories from working out..but do not use them (sometimes). I keep telling myself to stick to it and I believe things will start to happen. I just wanted to hear other peoples experiences and what worked and what did not. Thanks
