Hello! I started with MFP last week and am happy to say that I've lost 2lbs already! I have a long way to go. I am only 22, but have been overweight for as long as I can remember. I have attempted losing weight several times, but usually give up before I've really even started. Hopefully this time will be different. I lost about 30lbs total since December, but unfortunately I injured my ankle so I was pretty much out of commission for exercise for a while, so I gained a lot back. I'm finally back down to 29lbs from my starting weight (you know, only 6 months later, uh!). Hopefully posting and being active on MFP will give me some more to be accountable to! We'll see! :]
