Healthier Lemon Sauce Recipe Needed (think Chinese Food)

I LOVE the lemon sauce that comes with lemon chicken and could just eat it with everything. I haven't had lemon chicken in such a long time but am really craving it

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on how I can make the sauce healthier so I can still eat one of my favorite Chinese meals?

    I love lemon chicken too- here is a recipe for a healthier version of it:

    I ran the ingredients through MFP, and I get 245 cals per portion- I have changed it up slightly to make it lower by:

    -Substiting the groundnut oil for 1 cal spray oil
    - using granulated splenda (2 tsps) instead of 1 tbsp reg sugar
    - using sesame oil sparingly- you only need a few drops for a lot of flavour.
