Elliptical vs treadmill

I am looking into buying either an elliptical or a treadmill and wanted to know the pros and cons of both. Any help would be appreciated!

    For me, I love the Elliptical trainer. I never really used one until recently and just love it! It's a lot less stress on my knees and ankles and gives me a really great workout. What I would suggest is see if maybe a gym near you can give you a guest pass for a week so you can spend a few days trying different machines to see which you like better.
