Completed- 50 upper, 50 lower and 50 per side for a total of 200. Might try for another set of 50 upper before the day is out .0

I some how forgot about the Monday challenge. I am going to try to get these in tonight before I go to bed. I doubt I will go above and beyond though like I normally do!0

I did it!!! 75 regular crunches + 75 reverse crunches + 25 side crunches for each side = 200 crunches!!!!

sorry, didn't log in last night. I did 400!!! I broke them up throughout the day. I'm not feeling well, so they were all plain ol' crunches. Didn't get creative0

I'm a day late but I'm so in on this!!! I LOVE doing crunches!!! I did 80 before bed last night, they feel so good!!! Off to do some now..... :happy:0

200 air squats : Completed
200 crunches : Completed
All of this weeks mini-challenges : Completed in 20 minutes!!
I should do some more overhead triceps extensions later this afternoon also.
