I am terrified of loose skin, I know that sounds really narcissistic but I can't help it, is there anyway to prevent it? or maybe even just may it less?

Saw somewhere the answer is not to loose too much, too fast.

A lot of it depends on genetics etc. But you can lose slowly, tone up (the muscles will help lift the skin), and stay hydrated. Water is super good for your skin. But it does take time, my doctor actually told me to wait 1 - 2 years after my goal weight for everything to firm up before considering any kind of surgical fix.

    Hope that helps. :)

I have lost 55lb in 2 years, so slow and steady, but have had 5 children, and had been over weight for 10 years, I have excess skin, but to me it shows the journey I have been through, I depends what you have done previously, ie kids and how overweight you are. I think if you have stretch marks you will have lose skin, but if not you may be lucky, but definatley losing slowly x
