Strength training suggestions - avoiding shoulder

I'm a bit disappointed as I have worked so hard to get where I am and a stupid fall while playing ultimate the other night left me with a grade 3 AC separation. I want to keep running and cycling AND lifting weights however I am going to need to be careful with my shoulder for awhile. I can do lower body exercises but would like to continue with my upper body as much as possible. If you guys have any suggestions for keeping my upper body in shape that will avoid too much strain on my shoulder, I'm all ears.

how about using a stability ball under you to do simple things and not put full force on the shoulder and do abs and do core stuff and leave the arm alone

too many people try ot push it my gym instructors for one the chick just had knee surgery and in 2 weeks was back teaching and running and then messed it up all over again....don't do that to to yourself
