I was in a long term relationship with another program , I have been stalled for 10 months , I am hoping mfp plus increasing my weekly exercise will kick me off the plateau . It has only been two days but I notice I am overdoing it on protein. I did not suspect this was a problem I thought I was consuming to much in the way of carbs. My question is how bad is it to go over on protein and is this a common problem to be out of balance. ?

    The food tracker for me has been just a tool for tracking my Cal. I know there are people around here that can better answer your question. You might want to post it on the board- things get lost on the new board since there are so many posts. Just wanted to say Hi and tell you welcome to mfp
