I tried Soya Milk this morning.

I had it as a drink to try it and I thought it was gross!!

I can't quite put my finger on what exactly it was I didn't like, but the taste was definitely strange and it left a kind of creamy coating in my mouth so it was like drinking whole milk texture wise.

Who likes Soya Milk and what do you use it for, would it be better on cereal and can you use it for cooking etc in place of cows milk?

If you didn't like the taste, it's a great reason not to use it. It's one of the least absorbable proteins out there, and most soy is loaded with pesticides and herbicides, along with being phytoestrogenic.

I've tried it before and thought it was pretty rancid! Although that was a long time ago and was hoping that they'd improved it by now but obviously not
I do quite like the Alpro soya milk puddings. Have you tried them?

I tried to use soya milk for a time, but it gave me the worst, crippling stomach pains. Steer well clear of it now!!

I haven't tried the puddings pollypops! I don't think I want to after trying the milk lol!

Well the general consensus from my homepage status post and this thread is that soya milk is to be avoided. Nobody seems to like it and I am not bowled over by any health benefits so I will not be using it again!
