Bread Calories

So I am not much of a roll or bun girl. So when I eat one I take out most of the center white stuff. Does anyone know or have a way of finding out how this effects the calories of the roll? Thanks bunches!

Why not weigh it before and after? If there's 100 calories in a 60g roll and there's only 40g of it left after you've disembowelled it, there's 67 calories left, for example.

Agreed- weighing is the only accurate way to determine the calories.
