Wish I would have lost a little more.....

So I was kinda bummed when I stepped on the scale this morning. I was really hoping to lose more than just 1 pound. I really did work & push myself hard this weekend! I ate healthy all weekend and definitely didn't overeat. Of course, when I finished for the day it told me that eating too few calories makes it harder to lose the weight. I also exercised a LOT! I've been doing better through the week so I guess it's not so bad. I mean, at least I still lost & didn't gain!!! :)
