Rice values

Im just planning tonights meal which includes rice and the nutritional values on both MFP and the packaging are confusing. There are so many entries for rice on MFP database so I went and checked my rice packaging for confirmation and it only gives nutritional values for uncooked rice. Does anyone know where I can get reliable nutritional info for long grain white rice?

You need to measure it raw because it will expand once you add it to water. Same goes for pasta and all of the other grains out there that expand when added to water.0
