I have recently started drinking a new juice, this isn't the kind of juice I grew up drinking (that was mostly sugar and water) but this is honest to goodness real food! It's thick and green, has broccoli and apples and spinach, things I thought would make me sick liquefying it together!! But do you know what?
I LOVE IT!
It's so good! So juice is no longer my high sugar low nutritional enemy.
YAY for beign able to drink my veggies! LOL

You can't write that and not give the recipe!

It's not a recipe, I get it in my local market in the fresh fruit and veggie aisle, I have contemplated getting a juicer but fear it won't be nearly as good as this stuff! (Which is just pureed fruit and veggies but they have found some magic combination!)

I got a HealthMaster ... you know that thing Montel Williams sells on an infomercial?? I got it at Bed Bath and B ..... I put apples and beets and grapes and spinach and parsely and oranges and all kids of stuff in it ... you can experiment like crazy to find combos you like and without the terrible cleanup of the juicer. I have a juicer and I love it but cleaning it is a pain. I found that you can put almost anything in there and if you add apples or grapes to it it makes it drinkable : ) Good luck all

I was wondering if anyone is considering doing any kind of Juicing diet... I saw an episode of the doctors where a guy lost 100lbs in 60 days by juicing... it didnt say if he exercised or anything else, but I've joined a gym and usually get a good hour of cardio in each day...Now, I haven't been perfect--infact i haven't been doing very well at all where my diet is concerned, but I am down 15 lbs in about a month and a half... of course i'd like to see more, so I am going to follow this juicing diet and see how it goes... I do love the taste and the fact that I can experiment with all kinds of fruits and veggies...AND get the nutritional value of things I would NEVER eat plain, at least never eat and enjoy it anyway!
good luck to you all :)
