So I have been working for a long time now and busting my *kitten* (actually my butt is probably exactly the same size). I started before MFP and I weighed 262 pounds. I am currently rining in at 213ish pounds. I have included a pictorial log of what I feel has been an amazing journey so far. I can see the end in sight. I am 30 years old and I used to be a gym rat.... fell out of it... now since I am leaving with the Army in a few months I can no longer afford to be out of shape. I might not look like Arnold Schwarzenager, but I feel like I have accomplished a lot along the way and I hope to help motivate those who feel like they can't make it. 49 pounds lost so far, you can do it too.
