A little pat on the back

Just wanted to give myself a lil "HELL TO THE YEA!" as I have been logging for exactly 1 month and have successfully lost 4 pounds as had hoped; 1 pound per week. I started out at 1,200 cals per day and was starving, did a little research and tweeked with my numbers based on my lifestyle, and am now on average netting 1,375 and everything seems to be coming up Millhouse!

Now on to Month 2!! :happy:
