So my friend told me about this website about 20 minutes ago and I decided to join. I have played Field Hockey for 11 years and recently it has ended for me. I have reached the highest level I can go in my Field Hockey career playing at the NCAA Division III level. This fall there will be no more preseason or practices so I really need to get myself into the habit of working out to maintain my shape. In previous years, I would workout from August-November and then sit around until April when spring practice started. Since FH will not be starting up again, just sitting around will have consequences from now on. Although some would say I do not need to lose weight I feel as though I could be happier with myself. I really want to tone up my body and reshape it out of the Field Hockey body it once was and into a new leaner shape. I hope that this site can keep me on the right track :)
