    I love having a hummus, tomatoes and red onion Sanwich for lunch.

    I pack baby carrots and broccoli florets, almonds, fruit for snacks.

    I am learning slowly but surely. Hope these help a little!!!

    Hey,,i depend on soup alot home made soup always full of veg and low fat and u can add what u want.. veggie, tomato, ministroni, chicken and my fav crab meat and sweet corn. i add weird ingredients like chilli mustard and salsa to spice it up..
    I eat alot of noodle dishes adding spinich crab sticks and chillies.
    Try eating ur dinner at lunch time feels totaly different give a bit of variety.

    This is what I have been eating this week. I am posting this and hope that other people will post too, so that I can get some ideas as well!

    Bfast: 1/2 cup plain oatmeal with 1/2 a scoop of whey protein and like two chopped strawberries
    mid morning snack - cup carrots and tbsp of hummus
    lunch - light bread, 2 oz turkey, lettuce, tomato and jalapenos a little babybel cheese
    midafternoon snack - greek yogurt with one type of fruti and/or tbsp almonds
    dinner - grilled chicken with green peppers and red onion and a 1/2 cup sweet potato
    late snack - half of a skinny cow or fruit

    TONS of WATER!
