Hi there,
My boyfriend and I are both trying to get into shape. Only problem Is the only times he's able to go to the gym are either very early in the moring or when he gets home from work around 10:30 at night. So some days he's too tired to go to the gym. I suggested he try some at home workout videos that way we could still spend time together. Problem is that I dont know of any good one's for men!? I have been doing some JIllian Micheals ones and he definatly wouldnt wanna try that with me lol. Any sugestions???

Also all we have for working out at the moment are weights.

Thank you!!!

My husband and I do 30 day shred on the weekends when the gym is closed. It doesn't require a lot of funky coordination or dancing.

I think P90X would be perfect for both of you! It's got a nice mix of lifting, cardio and even yoga! I myself had great results with this program. And I recommend it to everyone!

You could also try Insanity if your more into cardio workout's. It's extremely high paced, but the pounds will melt awayIf you have any questions about either program feel free to ask! I've completed both and my results are better then expected!

Depending on the shape he is in now I would suggest either P90 if he's pretty out of shape and just starting out or P90X if he's up for more of a challenge. There are others like Insanity that take it a step further if he's already decently fit.

Tae bo. I did that pretty much exclusively for the first 6 months of my weight loss journey.
