How about a delicious meal that you can cut into several portions and eat from multiple times. You can freeze leftovers into separate meal sized containers.

    Italian Baked Ziti

    Ingredients
3 cups dry whole wheat ziti pasta – tube shaped or as desired (8 oz)
    1 package Jennie O ground turkey (20 oz – 1.25 oz)
2 cups fat free cottage Cheese (1 container)
    4 tsp grated parmesan cheese
    ¼ cup egg beaters
    ¼ tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp dried parsley
3 cups Hunts Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce
    1.5 cup mushrooms (1 can)
1 cup low fat Mozzarella Cheese
    Non-fat cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350. Cook ziti noodles. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, in skillet crumble turkey and saute until cooked. Add spaghetti sauce to meat and mix well while warming sauce. Meanwhile, in separate container, combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, egg substitute, parsley and garlic powder and mix thoroughly. Add ziti mixture to this mixture and mix well.
Spray 9 X 13 pan with non fat cooking spray. Sppon mixture into pan. Sprinkle with mozarella cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Nutrition (per serving – this is based on cutting the dish into 6 equal servings which come out to 1.5-2 cups per serving, but obviously if you cut it into more parts, each part has less calories.)
