Projected weight loss query

I have been sticking to my given calorie allowance, only occasionally being between 5 and 20 calories under but have noticed that the figure given for projected weight loss seems to vary. For instance, yesterday it said that 'provided every day was like today in 5 weeks my weight would be 203.0. My calorie intake today was the same yet I am told that my weight would be 204.0. Does that mean that as well as calories I should check things like carbs, protein etc? This is the first diet I am taking seriously and I want to make sure that I'm doing my bit to succeed. Even when eating out at a weekend for instance I choose sensibly and count everything using this site.
