Another Fresh Start

I'm starting this journey once again, heavier than before. This time feels different, I'm not sure why just yet but my goals seem different.
I've been working out for 2 weeks and keeping my diary for 1 week. My sole goal is to do better than before, not accomplish anything but doing 1 better than I did last week. So if I did 5 situps, I'm going to do 6. I read this motto on someone's signature and it really hit home "I may not be there yet but I'm further than I was yesterday". I'm not sure who had it in their signature but Thank you!
I'll be seeing you all around and thank you for all of the encouragement!

I rebooted my journey about a month ago, too. I didn't like how I was feeling about myself, and I was tired and sluggish and fatigued and not keeping up with my 4-year-old, so I knew something had to change - and that something was me! Congrats on stepping back onto the wagon. It's hard to keep trying, but you've got the right outlook!
