eliminate BACK FAT & Booty Lifting exercises?? (Ladies)

Im about to head to gym... all i usu do is cardio on the elliptical but i really want to tone up....

What exercises have worked for you to eliminate back-fat & increase the booty ?

    Cardio & diet are all that can make you lose the fat...if you just need to tone it, there are several exercises for your back & butt.

    Look for machines that highlight your back as the muscle targeted...several machines that look like they are arm workouts are actually back workouts too. Lat pulldowns work your upper back and that awful area that can hang over a strapless dress in the back! You can google exercises with dumbbells that work your back too; there are several but I'm not sure of the technical terms and I'm not great at describing them. Core work, like bicycle crunches, leg lifts on the Roman Chair, etc. will work your lower back in addition to your abs.

    As far as the booty, lots of machines that look like the primarily target legs will also target your glutes (booty). Leg press, calf raises, squats, hamstring curls, etc. will all work your glutes and thus tone your booty!
